Just Weight – Jan. 4 - Week #1 – Day 4 of 365, (Lost.2 pounds yesterday – Total loss 3.8, 48.2 to go)

I always weigh first thing in the morning so it stays consistent. NEVER think you will be smart by getting back on the scale later in the day, even after exercising. My reward for being good yesterday at lunch was another loss of .2. I’ll take it with a smile. We left today for a four day trip. At least we are staying with our granddaughter while her mother and daddy are out of town. It should be easy to follow just WEIGHT as I will have full control of their kitchen. Today’s “wisdom” reminded me to Walk, Walk, Walk. Caring for an 8 year old and two dogs...walking is not a problem.
