Just Weight – Jan. 9 - Week #2 – Day #2, (Day 9 of 365 – lost .4) (Total loss 4.4, 47.6 to go)


Following a guideline for the food pyramid isn’t the easiest thing I have ever done. But isn’t that the point? We need change? You know the saying, “If you keep on doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep on getting what you’ve always got.” Well, over the years, I’ve got plenty. Pounds, that is. Eating right isn’t pretty, at least not in the beginning. I miss the fat! Actually, the Beef Baked Potato was the highlight of my day because I do love beef. Can’t complain about Shrimp Stir Fry either. I did have a pretty easy day and did lose .4 pound yesterday. Heading in the right direction. Don’t Forget to Drink Your Water.
