Just Weight – Jan. 8 - Week #2 – Day #1, (Day 8 of 365 - lost .4) - (LOST 4.0 Week, 48 to go)


Well, there is nothing like success to bring back the focus and momentum. I lost exactly 4 pounds the first week. Have I mentioned that I have not been nearly as good about drinking my water as I need to be so will be working hard on that this week? Forget Your Failures is today’s slogan. I certainly had some daily failures this past week, and they will most definitely be easier to forget with a 4 pound loss. Took about a 20 minute walk before breakfast since I was feeling so good about myself. Today’s plan was easy. Again, I got to eat out at lunch. Hunger pains have not haunted me so far. It was off to the store early so I am ready for the week.
